This week felt good.  Why is that?  Although you are never REALLY done with a project, Amy and her team finished the last 5 rooms at The Roscoe Boutique Motel.  So in less than a year, we have taken “The Roscoe Motor Inn” with 15 rooms to “The Roscoe Boutique Motel” with 18 rooms.  We talked a little bit about the upgrades here.

The Rooms

As we have mentioned before, we are incredibly proud of the transformation of the rooms.  We have updated the flooring, decorations, and lighting, in each space.  And, since we will not be living there, we were able to add 3 more rooms for guests.  In addition, while we still have the traditional spacious hotel room with 2 queen beds, we also have a few different suites that offer a queen bed and a pull-out couch to give a bit more room to move in the space.

See For Yourself At Our Ribbon Cutting

We have been holding off on showing the public until most of the work was done.  And here we are!  So, at about the 1 year anniversary of our purchasing the property, we will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce.  Feel free to come and join us on Tuesday, September 24th at 4 pm.  The address is 421 S. Hunting Season Is Almost Upon Us
