We have been working hard to highlight the many good things happening in Coshocton County.  It’s been fun to highlight the many dollars rolling into the community.  There really is a great deal of momentum!  And today we want to talk a bit about why people should Visit Coshocton!

Coshocton County is known for throwing some great festivals and events!  From the Hot Air Balloon Festival to Apple Butter Stirrin, our festivals bring people in from all over the world.  So today we are going to highlight just a few coming up soon…and a brand new one coming in August!

The Sweetheart Dance

Join us for a romantic evening at the historic Lake Park Dance Pavilion a beautifully restored 1930s big band dance hall. Music will be provided by the Easy Street Band and doors will open at 6:30 pm.  Tickets are $15 and are available starting January 29, they can be purchased at the Lake Park office from 8 am – 4 pm on weekdays. Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments.

St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl

Our Town Coshocton & Roscoe Village Business Association’s second annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl is March 16, 2024! Each location will have a themed alcoholic drink & mocktail. All drink purchases will be on your own, there is no admission fee for the crawl.  Be smart…don’t drink and drive.  And if you need a place to stay, you can book rooms here.

Friends of the Parks Half Marathon, 10K and 5K Race

The Coshocton Friends of the Parks are happy to present the “Friends of the Parks Half Marathon, 10K, 5K Race.” This race is powered by Coshocton Regional Medical Center. The race will showcase Coshocton’s Lake Park Complex bike trail as well as some running on the city streets of Coshocton!  You can register here.

Coshocton KOA Holiday Open House + Family Day

We can’t wait for this brand-new event!  It’s going to be worth barking about!  The Coshocton Dog Fest hosted by Good Boy Bakery in Historic Roscoe Village and Friends of the Parks will be held Saturday, August 17th 2024 at Coshocton Lake Park in Coshocton County Ohio. Attendees will enjoy special presentations from Ultimate Air Dogs dock diving and demonstrations from Performance Dogs of Ohio frisbee pitch and catch! These awesome groups will be performing throughout the day!
